Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days upon receiving it. For orders within Canada and the U.S, please anticipate delivery within 4-8 business days.

In cases where the shipping address provided matches the one we dispatched your order to, and the tracking indicates successful shipment, it is the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you. We cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If such incidents occur, please liaise directly with the courier for assistance.

To mitigate the risk of loss or theft, we recommend reaching out to the courier if you won't be available at home during delivery hours, and request them to hold your package at a nearby pickup point. This way, you can conveniently collect it at your leisure.

Please note that Snack Tale bears no responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing the package tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

For international deliveries, customers are accountable for any applicable customs taxes. Snack Tale is not liable for covering customs taxes.

PICKUPS: 

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is ready for pickup. Prior to pickup, customers are required to text or call at least 30 minutes in advance. Orders will be held for a maximum of 72 hours from the confirmation email. Failure to pick up the order within this timeframe will result in the order being considered complete.
